Returns Policy
Any goods found to be faulty can be returned immediately for a full credit. If you return the product to us without proof of purchase, your statutory rights are not affected.
Please note returns will only be accepted up to 28 days after purchase and will not be accepted or processed without a return authorization number. To obtain a return authorization number you must contact My Face Aesthetics by email: info@my-face-cosmeceuticals.co.uk
Returns can take up to 7 working days to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse. Any refunds or credits can only be made once we have received the goods and they have been processed.
We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with ‘proof of delivery’. My Face Aesthetics will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
Customers are responsible for the delivery costs of returning goods for replacement/refund.
When an item is to be replaced the goods must be in their original packaging, in all original boxes, packing materials, and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
