Making a purchase is simple. Just browse through our catalogue, and select any items that you wish to buy and place them in the shopping cart. When you’ve finished making your selections, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we will need to be able to satisfy the order.
Please ensure you have selected the correct desired quantity level.

You will be required to make payment when the order is placed.
VAT is applicable on all our products
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you but you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

7 Day cooling off period
By law, when buying at a distance you are allowed 7 days from receipt of goods in which to change your mind.
It is not a "try before you buy period". All sealed items should be returned unopened and fit for sale as new. If they are not, a charge may be made at discretion of My Face Aesthetics for loss of resalable value.
Postage/Carriage cost are none refundable. In the case of items sent under the terms of "free postage" this will no longer be free and will be charged at cost.
You are responsible for your own shipping costs to send products back. You should make sure you use a carriage service that can prove we have taken delivery.
